We are Energetic Souls - we are known for our fusion of dance and fitness, and we take great pride in our commitment to educate and inspire. Our Objective is to enhance our lives and yours through music appreciation, dancing and functional fitness.

Energetic Soul has come together to build and strengthen communities based on the appreciation of Popular Latin Music and Dance with a focus on Cuban rhythms. We have two dynamic and fun programs that are the heart and soul of our focus: Energetic Salsa and SoulºSa.
