Our Mission is to encourage and promote self-expression through music and dancing while instilling the benefit of functional fitness. Energetic Soul provides a wide range of services. We offer excellent dance, fitness, and instructional programs. Choose from workshops, seminars, six-week courses, weekend boot camps, as well as various fitness programs and instructors training.
