You may return most new, items sold and fulfilled by energeticsoul.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. All media items (DVD’s , CD’s), must be in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and shipping.
You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call customer service at (313) 590-9909 to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please call customer service at (313) 590-9909 and you will be issued an RMA # to affix to your exchange. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
